1. Purpose and Scope
Peptime supplies products designated for legitimate scientific and laboratory research purposes only, subject to the applicable product specifications, legal requirements and restrictions.
This Research Use Only Policy establishes the conditions under which products may be purchased, handled and used. It applies to all customers, website visitors, purchasers and other persons accessing products or product information through Peptime.
2. Intended Use

Where appropriate, Peptime may request additional information about a customer's identity, organisation, qualifications or intended research application before accepting an order.
4. Customer Verification and Order Review
Peptime reserves the right to request reasonable supporting information to assess customer eligibility and intended use.
Orders may be subject to manual review where information is incomplete, inconsistent or otherwise raises concerns about the proposed use.
Peptime may decline, suspend or cancel an order where the intended use cannot be established satisfactorily, where there is reason to suspect prohibited use, or where fulfilment would breach applicable law or payment-provider requirements.
Customer declarations are considered alongside other available information and do not automatically establish eligibility.
5. Product Information and Documentation
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and supporting documentation are provided for informational and legitimate research purposes.
Where available, relevant technical documentation and batch-specific quality records may be provided or made available upon request.
Customers must not interpret research documentation, analytical results, certificates of analysis or product purity statements as evidence that a product is safe, effective or authorised for human or veterinary use.
No medical, therapeutic or consumer-use claims are made or implied by the research-use designation.
6. Handling and Safety

Any person who becomes aware of a proposed use that conflicts with this policy should refrain from proceeding with that use.
8. Regulatory Compliance
The designation “Research Use Only” does not override any statutory requirement, product classification, licensing condition or regulatory restriction.
Product availability is subject to applicable UK legislation and any other relevant jurisdictional requirements. Peptime reserves the right to restrict or discontinue the supply of products where required by law or where their sale cannot be supported by the applicable regulatory and compliance framework.
9. Payment and Transaction Compliance
Orders may be subject to additional verification and transaction monitoring to help prevent fraud, unlawful purchases and prohibited product use.
Peptime may request further information before processing or fulfilling an order. Transactions that cannot satisfy applicable legal, customer-verification or payment-provider requirements may be declined or cancelled.
